Position Overview

The Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting production and sales growth. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability in handling store resources.

Experience required: 2 to 6 years

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, standards, and damages; coordinate with the Purchase & Production teams.
- Generate and manage GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) for all incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
- Issue raw materials and tools for production as per system-generated requests or schedules.
- Record material issuance and finished goods dispatches in ERP/Tally systems.
- Track inventory levels, reduce overstock, and maintain weekly consumption entries and physical stock checks (stores & spares).
- Organize and maintain stock to ensure easy access and prevent damage.




- Flag low stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Assign, track, and maintain serial numbers for valuable parts, components, and products.
- Ensure accurate logging of serial numbers in ERP/SAP or other inventory systems.
- Manage and maintain all store-related documents (soft copies & physical copies).
- Submit reports on misplaced items and provide weekly/monthly analysis.
- Supervise day-to-day store activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Support production and sales teams with timely material availability.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration (preferred).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
