About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment efforts, partnering with sales and delivery teams to deliver top IT talent within aggressive timelines at Alignity Solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Lead high-volume C2H, contract, and full-time IT recruitment across technologies including SAP, Cyber Security, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to define role requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, ensuring technical fit and compliance adherence.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate interviews, and oversee offer and onboarding processes for C2H roles.
- Maintain ATS/CRM data integrity and report on hiring progress, while mentoring junior recruiters and driving hiring targets.

Required skills and experience




- 4–8+ years of IT recruitment experience with a solid focus on Contract-to-Hire hiring in India.
- Proven expertise in staffing models, billing, margins, and candidate conversion strategies.
- Experience with MSP/VMS platforms and compliance-driven recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of current IT skills and market trends alongside excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, target-driven environments with numerous stakeholders.

Nice to have
- Experience managing direct client requirements and a mix of product and services hiring.
- Exposure to tracking candidate conversions from C2H to full-time roles.
