HEAD of Social Media |AI Performance Marketer — Meta Ads, Google Ads & Automation

Full-time, in-office | Siliguri | (not for Freelancing projects)

An established retail and B2B supply business in Siliguri is hiring a Performance Marketer to run its paid ad campaigns and build AI-powered marketing automation. This is a performance and growth role — Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and AI workflows — not a content-writing job.

We want someone who runs campaigns that generate real leads, and who uses AI tools like a power user to produce creative and automate the repetitive work. If you live inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and you get genuinely strong output from AI tools, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

● Paid Ads (Meta & Google): Plan, build, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns — lead generation, audiences, budgets, A/B testing, and daily optimisation against cost-per-lead and ROAS.

● Lead Generation: Run lead-gen campaigns that bring qualified B2B enquiries and feed clean leads to the sales team.

● AI Automation & Workflows:



Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) and connectors to automate marketing tasks — lead organising, content drafting, scheduling, and app-to-app workflows.

● AI-Powered Creative: Write sharp prompts to generate ad creative, video scripts and copy, then refine into polished, on-brand output.

● Analytics & Reporting: Track performance in GA4 and Meta/Google reporting. Report weekly on spend, leads, CPL, ROAS — what to scale, what to kill.

Required Skills (non-negotiable)

● Hands-on experience running Meta Ads AND Google Ads campaigns — real campaign building and optimisation, not boosted posts.

● Solid grasp of performance metrics — CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate — and how to act on them.

● Power-user command of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) — detailed prompting and refining output. Tested live at interview.

● Solid written English and practical Canva skill.
