Position: Senior Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Telecaller to lead customer interactions, generate quality leads, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to mentor junior telecallers while consistently meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Explain products or services clearly and address customer questions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Guide, train,



and support junior telecallers to improve team performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and communication standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
