Every ride is managed by certified Petroo Pilots who are trained and verified to ensure high standards of pet care and safety. Beyond the current services, Petroo is building a unified pet care ecosystem that connects services such as veterinary visits, grooming, supplies, and partner offerings on a single platform. The company is currently operational in Kolkata and is expanding across India through partnerships with pet communities, local businesses, and industry stakeholders.

Role Description:

This is not a regular internship.

As a Founders' Associate at Petroo, you will work directly alongside the founding team of India's first tech-first one-stop pet ecosystem.



You will get your hands into every corner of a fast-growing startup, from operations and business development to content creation and customer engagement. If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership without being asked, and wants to understand what it truly means to build something from the ground up, this role is for you.

You will not be making chai or filing papers. You will be making decisions, building pipelines, and helping shape the direction of a company that is redefining pet care in India.

What You Will Do?

1. Operations and Bookings:

a) Handle and monitor day-to-day ride bookings and ensure smooth operational flow.

b) Maintain a structured operations log to track bookings, rides, and service delivery.

c) Accompany the Petroo Pilot on rides when required to ensure quality and gather on-ground insights.

d) Take Minutes of Meeting (MoM) during all
