Minimum Experience

18+ years of architecture and planning experience in retail/hotel/real estate industry with at least 10 years experience with a real estate developer on large Retail, commercial projects

Special Skills/Attributes

- Project conceptualization, designing and planning
- Project design evaluation and risk assessment
Knowledge of recent architecture/ design trends in real estate industry (especially malls and hotels)

Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job

Drives the Architecture and Planning team in delivering various projects in line with their design intent,



and the strategic plans of the management, by empanelling and coordinating with best-in-class international/local consultants and architects and effective project-management

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
- Understand the location�s business plan, as finalized by the Management in terms of the real estate mix to be constructed and the proposed timelines for the same
- Understand the wide-ranging requirements for the proposed development and identify reputed consultants / architects to be empanelled for specific functional areas
- Evaluate and recommend cost options related to partnering with various consultants/ architects across various functional areas and ensure that for every project there is adherence to allocated budget through the entire life cycle of the project
- Conduct a detailed site analysis in terms of its boundaries, topography, impedime
