About The Role
We are looking for a
Campaign Manager (Programmatic)
with
5+ years of experience
to manage the end-to-end execution of digital programmatic campaigns across
DV360 and other programmatic buying platforms
. The role requires strong campaign management skills, analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on expertise in campaign trafficking, optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across DV360 and other programmatic buying platforms
- Traffic creatives, configure campaigns, and ensure timely launches with accurate targeting, tracking, and measurement
- Perform comprehensive campaign analysis, identifying performance trends, optimization opportunities, delivery issues, and actionable insights
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet performance objectives
- Conduct QA for campaign setup, creatives, tracking, and reporting
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and performance issues with Ad Ops, Creative, Product, Analytics,



and Platform teams
- Prepare regular campaign performance, profitability, and post-campaign reports
- Partner with internal teams to recommend programmatic media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Define campaign success metrics, KPIs, audience strategies, and optimization frameworks
- Ensure compliance with campaign SLAs and platform best practices

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Programmatic Campaign Management, Ad Operations, or Media Operations
- Hands-on expertise with DV360 (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Open Auction
- Experience in campaign trafficking, audience targeting, creative implementation, budget management, and optimization
- Solid analytical and reporting skills using Excel and dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Google DV360/Display c
