Position Overview

Excel Groups Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase & Sales Manager to manage the procurement and sales of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and PP (Polypropylene) raw materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor development, customer acquisition, pricing, inventory management, and achieving sales and procurement targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Management
- Source PET and PP raw materials from domestic and international suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, traders, and distributors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of materials.

Sales Management
- Identify and develop recent customers for PET and PP products.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Generate sales enquiries, prepare quotations,



and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence
- Track market demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare market analysis and pricing strategies.
- Identify current business opportunities in the plastics and polymer industry.
- Forecast demand and support business expansion initiatives.

Inventory & Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure proper documentation for purchases and sales.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department for payment follow-up and reconciliatio
