Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Payments Application Support Manager
to support and manage payment applications within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in
Cash Management Services (CMS), Corporate Internet Banking (CIB), Payments, H2H/SFTP integrations, IT Support, and IT Governance
.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for Payments and Cash Management applications.
- Manage and monitor payment systems, ensuring high availability and smooth operations.
- Support
Corporate Internet Banking (CIB)
and




Cash Management Services (CMS)
platforms.
- Handle
Host-to-Host (H2H)
and
SFTP
payment integrations with corporate clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA.
- Coordinate with business, infrastructure, vendors, and development teams for issue resolution.
- Support application releases, deployments, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT Governance, security, and operational standards.
- Prepare incident reports, RCA, and operational documentation
