Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end execution of marketing and branding projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in printing, merchandising, fabrication, BTL activities, van campaigns, vendor coordination, logistics, and project execution.

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, possess good vendor networks across India, and be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

Execute BTL campaigns across India.

Coordinate Printing, Fabrication and Branding jobs.

Manage Van Campaigns, Road Shows and Rural Activations.

Coordinate Dealer Boards, Hoardings, Wall Paintings, Kiosks and Retail Branding.

Handle Merchandising and Corporate Gifting projects.

Vendor Management





Develop and maintain vendor relationships across India.

Source current vendors for printing, fabrication and branding.

Negotiate pricing and ensure quality standards.

Obtain quotations and compare costs.

Production & Logistics

Monitor production schedules.

Coordinate dispatches and deliveries.

Ensure timely installation at project locations.

Track shipments and resolve operational issues.

Quality Control

Ensure branding guidelines are followed.

Verify samples before production.

Conduct quality checks before dispatch.

Collect installation photographs and reports.

Documentation

Prepare Cost Sheets and BOQs.

Maintain Vendor Database.

Generate Purchase Orders.

Maintain Project Trackers.

Submit Daily MIS Updates.

Technology & AI

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for documentation, planning and communication.

Use Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Maintain digital records and reports.
