Role & responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), including those requiring ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and other life-support measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
- Conduct routine rounds, assess patient progress, and report changes in condition to healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatments provided.
