About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
IT & Engineering Recruiter
to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting highly skilled professionals across
Systems Engineering, Embedded Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Development (C/C++), Mechanical Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering
domains.

This role requires expertise in identifying and engaging candidates with
active Security Clearance, Secret Clearance, Top Secret (TS), or TS/SCI Clearance
. Experience supporting
Aerospace, Defense, Government, or DoD-related clients
is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering positions.
- Source, identify, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking,



and Boolean searches.
- Recruit for roles including:
- Systems Engineer
- Embedded Software Engineer
- Cyber Security Engineer
- C/C++ Developer
- Software Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- Manufacturing Engineer
- Electrical/Electronics Engineer
- Test & Validation Engineer
- Screen candidates for technical skills, domain experience, and security clearance eligibility.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines of cleared professionals and engineering specialists.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates against technical and cultural fit criteria.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records within ATS systems.
- Stay current on Aerospace, Defense, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Manufacturing talent market trends.
