- Teach English Language and Literature to students in Grades XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that strengthen reading, writing, speaking, listening, and analytical skills
- Foster literary appreciation through novels, poetry, drama, debates, presentations, and creative writing activities
- Conduct classroom assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations through structured revision plans and exam-focused guidance
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment using creative and technology-enabled teaching methodologies
- Mentor students in their academic and personal development while providing additional support where needed
- Organize and encourage participation in literary clubs, debates, elocution, theatre, Model United Nations, and writing competitions
