Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee and guide the inside sales team, manage lead generation activities, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective learners. The role includes monitoring the sales pipeline,



tracking performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. The manager will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align sales messaging with program offerings, conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales staff, and handle key account management responsibilities. Daily tasks also involve forecasting sales, reporting to leadership, and maintaining a strong focus on delivering a high-quality, consultative experience to potential learners.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a rapid-paced environment.
