Role Description
The Co-Founder (with Investment) will play a central role in scaling Aymorae’s retail and fashion accessories business. This full-time hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities may include overseeing marketplace operations on Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart; managing product listings, pricing,



and inventory; and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners. The role involves defining and executing growth strategies, building brand positioning, and optimizing customer experience and reviews. The Co-Founder will also contribute capital, participate in financial planning and budgeting, and collaborate on hiring, team development, and long-term business decisions.

Qualifications
- Robust interest and experience in retail, fashion accessories, or e-commerce operations, preferably with familiarity using platforms such as Meesho, Amazon, or Flipkart.
- Skills in business strategy, planning, and decision-making, with the ability to develop and implement growth initiatives and operational improvements.
- Financial acumen and willingness to invest, including comfort with budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring profitability and cash flows.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or brand building, with the ability to drive online visibility
