Spike is building modern incident response and on-call infrastructure for engineering teams worldwide. We're looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage trial users, qualify inbound leads, and help customers successfully onboard.

This is a great opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping the company's sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to every trial signup within 24 hours and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule product demos with the founding team.
- Communicate with global customers via email, chat, and video calls.
- Understand customer needs and provide a seamless onboarding experience.
- Capture customer feedback and recurring product issues to help improve the platform.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS as an Inbound SDR, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Onboarding Specialist.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting meetings with customers across different time zones.
- Curiosity about developer tools, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
