Role Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting ESG, Supply Chain, Climate Tech markets to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in sustainability, climate risk management, ESG reporting, and supply chain traceability.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives,



sustainability officers, supply chain leaders, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets and delivering customer value.
- Drive the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing dealsocusing on complex, solution-based offerings.
- Cultivate strategic alliances with industry partners, government agencies, and development institutions to expand market reach and credibility.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demands.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in ClimateTech, ESG solutions, supply chain technol
