Position: MIS Executive

Job Summary The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support informed business decisions. The role involves maintaining and managing reports, dashboards, and databases to ensure accurate and timely information flow across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for data accuracy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments including sales, production, finance, and operations.
- Design and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and data shared with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand reporting requirements and customize reports accordingly.
- Identify trends, variances, and anomalies in data and highlight them to management.
- Maintain and update databases, records,



and documentation regularly.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc data analysis and business intelligence requirements.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel macros, pivot tables, or ERP tools.
- Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced certification in MS Excel, Data Analytics, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environment preferred.

Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Dashboards).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
- Positive communication skills for presenting
