Operations & Facility Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of catering events, central kitchen, and facilities.
- Ensure smooth execution of corporate events, weddings, and outdoor catering.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Warehouse, Logistics, and Service teams.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Plan manpower deployment and oversee event setup and dismantling.
- Handle vendor coordination and facility-related purchases.
- Prepare daily operational reports and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction through efficient operational management.

Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends or event days.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month *(Based on skills and interview performance)*
