Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive
Partnership & Client Success Executive
with
2-3 years of experience in the media, digital marketing, PR, startup ecosystem, or advertising industry
. The ideal candidate will own the complete client journey, from onboarding current partners to coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding after partnership closure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Coordinate with the editorial, design, social media,



and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Create campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Conduct client briefing and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Resolve client queries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with startup founders, brands, agencies, and partners.
- Prepare campaign reports, feedback, and performance summaries.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or project management software.

Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in same industries for Client Servicing, Partnerships, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Experience in media, digital marketing, advertising, PR, or startup ecosystem is preferred.
