We are seeking a strategic and data-driven PPC Head to lead our production planning, scheduling, and inventory control operations. You will optimize plant capacity, streamline the material requirements planning (MRP) cycle, and ensure seamless departmental execution to guarantee on-time delivery for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Scheduling: Mastermind and execute macro and micro production plans to optimize shop floor workflow.
- Resource & Capacity Management: Drive MRP, capacity evaluation, and material planning to balance inventory levels with demand.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate closely with Procurement, Quality, and Production teams to eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks.
- Performance Metric Ownership: Track, analyze, and continuously improve core planning KPIs, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and OEE.

Key Skills & Qualifications:




- Proven leadership experience in PPC within a heavy engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
- High proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) for inventory, resource, and production modules.
- Advanced analytical skills with expert command over MS Excel for complex data modeling.
- Strong expertise in capacity mapping, bottleneck analysis, and lean manufacturing principles.
