Job Title: Brand Manager – Marketing (Performance Marketing)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

- About the Role
- We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager – Marketing who will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing initiatives for the brand. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in performance marketing, brand management, campaign planning, digital marketing, and marketing analytics. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of the brand's marketing strategy and execution while effectively collaborating with the in-house creative, content, design, and digital teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Marketing Management

· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand goals.

· Own the overall marketing calendar, including campaigns, launches, events, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.

· Drive brand positioning, messaging,



and communication across all customer touchpoints.

· Plan and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans along with budget allocation.

· Monitor brand performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

· Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all marketing and communication initiatives.

· Collaborate with leadership teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Performance Marketing & Digital Growth

· Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.

· Plan and execute lead generation, website traffic, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.

· Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value.
