The Manager - HR will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll processing, and HR operations. The individual will work closely with management to ensure HR practices align with the organizations goals and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job postings, screening, conducting interviews, to offer rollouts.





* Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

* Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employee Relations:

* Address employee grievances and issues in a timely and effective manner.

* Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.

* Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.

Performance Management:

* Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

* Work with managers on employee evaluations, promotions, and performance improvement plans.

* Help identify training needs based on performance reviews.

Payroll & Compliance:

* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

* Stay updated on employment laws and ensure company policies are compliant with labor regulations.
