About Hanle Automation

Hanle Automation is a manufacturing company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We produce aftermarket ANSI B73.1 process pump spare parts under the Hargovan Series brand, including impellers, casings, shaft assemblies, seal chambers, bearing frames, gaskets, baseplates, and coupling guards compatible with major OEM installations across STH, MTH, LTH, and XLH frame groups.

Every order we ship includes a spectrographic material test report, dimensional inspection report, and hydrostatic test certificate as standard. We are currently in active US market entry and building our presence with pump repair shops, MRO distributors, and industrial maintenance teams across the Gulf Coast region.

About the Role





We are looking for an experienced independent sales agent based in the United States preferably in Texas, to represent Hanle Automation and the Hargovan Series product line to industrial buyers in the pump repair and MRO sector.

This is a ground-floor prospect. You will be one of the first people representing our products in the US market, working directly with the founding team in India to build something real from the ground up.

This is not a salaried position. Compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses once revenue targets are hit. The right candidate sees this as an opportunity to build a meaningful income stream by opening a new market with a manufacturer that is serious about quality and long-term relationships.
