Role Description
This is a full-time Export Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad, offered in a hybrid format with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Export Coordinator will manage day-to-day export documentation, including preparing invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and compliance paperwork as per regulations and customer requirements. The role involves coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders for ocean exports, tracking shipments,



and resolving operational issues. The Export Coordinator will communicate with customers and internal teams to provide shipment updates, address inquiries, and support smooth export processes. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, monitoring timelines, and contributing to continuous improvement in export procedures.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export processes, including familiarity with international trade terms and basic regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage inquiries, provide explicit updates, and build professional relationships.
