The Position

As the Site Compliance Officer, you are responsible for:
- Support the implementation of global policies and directives, regional initiatives and support local SOP/process development, striving for simplification.
- Responsible for local handling of BEI cases and reporting.
- Advise Roche employees regarding compliance obligations, risks, actual or potential
- compliance related issues, lead all investigations and resolution of issues, as well as take corrective actions, collaborate with the BA (RIS, RDS, RDT and other business)

This involves a contribution to the development of the compliance framework and foster a culture of integrity and ethical business practices, consistent with the Roche values and external requirements
- Promote Roche's comprehensive compliance management system.
- Fostering open communication and speak-up culture.
- Foster alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders from site leadership team and global compliance team to ensure the effective implementation of compliance initiatives, promote the sharing of successful strategies and
