Job Summary/Your Role in a Nutshell:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Lead to head our MarTech & Marketing Automation practice, bringing deep, hands-on expertise across leading marketing automation platforms, robust leadership to manage a cross-functional technology and analytics team, and the business acumen to own client relationships, P&L;, and delivery.

This is a client-facing leadership role driving marketing technology strategy, execution excellence, and business growth for clients across North America, APAC, UK, EMEA, and India.

What youll do:

Responsibility for Marketing Automation practice:
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Technology team, driving best practices and technical excellence.
- Provide hands-on expertise across major marketing automation platforms — Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, and Adobe Campaign.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing automation programs — platform strategy, campaign architecture, journey orchestration, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization, and CRM/CDP integration.




- Guide the team on platform implementation, migration, optimization, and troubleshooting, and keep them current on evolving capabilities and best practices across the marketing automation landscape.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex marketing automation challenges.
- Define and enforce governance, QA, and compliance standards (data privacy, deliverability, CAN-SPAM/GDPR, etc.) across automation workflows.

Responsibility for Digital Analytics practice:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Digital Analytics competency within the practice.
- Ensure alignment between marketing automation initiatives and analytics/measurement strategy to support data-driven decisions.
- Mentor the Digital Analytics team to review performance, resourcing, and quality of analytics deliverables.
