Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics AX Administrator
to manage, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AX administration, production support, release management, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 environments.
- Configure and manage AOS, clustering, and environment setup.
- Handle application deployments and release management using Azure DevOps or Bamboo.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve application issues.




- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Analyze SQL queries, logs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for smooth deployments.

Mandatory Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / D365 Administration
- AOS Configuration, Clustering & Environment Management
- Release Management (Azure DevOps / Bamboo)
- Production Support (L2/L3)
- SQL Server, Query Analysis & Performance Troubleshooting

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
