Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Facebook (Meta) Ads Trainee to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms—including Facebook and Instagram. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career candidate to build hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, audience targeting, and performance analytics under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Responsibilities





● Assisting in creating and managing social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram under supervision.

● Learning to set up campaigns effectively in terms of budget allocation and conversion tracking.

● Supporting the team in implementing campaigning strategies suited to client and business goals.

● Assisting in analyzing advertising trends and helping compile recommendations.

● Monitoring and reporting on the performance of running campaigns regularly.

● Gaining hands-on exposure to running purchase & conversion ads.

● Coordinating with senior team members to understand client requirements and campaign objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (freshers welcome).

● Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years of experience managing or assisting with Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.

● Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding
