Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the project team, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update project status to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
- Verify measurements, monitor work quality, and resolve in office technical issues.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Attend site meetings and support project planning and scheduling activities.
- Ensure completion of assigned work within the specified timelines and budget.
