Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Jamshedpur. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s paper and forest products in local and regional markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams on order fulfillment,



and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves designing and executing marketing initiatives, supporting promotional campaigns, and gathering market feedback to refine strategies. The specialist will provide product information and training to customers where necessary, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain accurate records in sales and CRM systems.
