About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our matrimonial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their matchmaking requirements, promoting our membership plans, and converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Understand clients' matrimonial preferences and recommend suitable membership packages.

Convert inquiries into paid memberships by effectively explaining service benefits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their membership journey.

Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.





Coordinate with the customer support and matchmaking teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

Experience in matrimonial services, dating platforms, hospitality, real estate, insurance, or other service industries is preferred.
