Required Skills
- 6 to 9 years of Appian experience with strong hands-on development and architecture expertise.
- Experience as an Appian Architect / Solution Architect / Technical Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Appian Process Models, Records, SAIL, Sites, Integrations, Data Fabric, and Security.
- Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, Data Modelling, Integration Patterns, Performance, and Scalability.
- Experience in Client-Facing Consulting and Stakeholder Management.
- Experience in Technical Leadership and Team Mentoring.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.




- Appian Certified Lead Developer certification is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have
- Appian RPA, IDP, Process Mining, AI, and Data Fabric.
- Integration experience with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, and Relational Databases.
- Knowledge of SQL, Java/Scripting, AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Estimation, and Solution Scoping.
- Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Public Sector domains.
