We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to understand students' educational goals, and help convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background and career aspirations.
- Explain course features, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrolment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated on educational programs,



industry trends, and institutional policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, customer service, or sales.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and customer-oriented approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Preferred Experience:
- Academic Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Admission Counselling or EdTech: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
