About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our growing team at Avishya, a premium Indian apparel brand.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across retail operations, e-commerce and customer experience. While you'll interact with customers, this is not a sales-target role. Our focus is on providing excellent service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and over phone/WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries, returns and exchanges.
- Process online orders and coordinate dispatches.
- Upload and manage products on Shopify, Amazon, Myntra and other marketplaces.
- Update website banners, collections and product information.
- Support inventory management and stock organisation.
- Maintain operational data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist with basic digital marketing tasks such as publishing approved content when required.




- Support day-to-day store and business operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is a graduate (any discipline).
- Has positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Is comfortable using computers.
- Is organised, responsible and willing to learn.
- Enjoys interacting with customers.
- Can adapt to different types of work in a startup environment.

Please Note

This is not a desk-only job. You'll work across both our retail store and e-commerce business, depending on the day's priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and believes every part of building a business matters—from serving a customer to updating a website.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
