Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week) ,
- Shift Timing: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (During Daylight Savings) Period- 2PM IST - 11PM IST)
- Location: Bangalore, Chennai,

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring adequate test coverage and timely execution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, Web and mobile testing using simulators.
- Perform data validation using advanced SQL queries and API testing via Postman.
- Validate UiPath automation processes, business rules, exception handling, and end-to-end workflow execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and leadership teams to define testing strategies and quality goals.
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules.
- Hands-on experience in any of the automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, or Playwright.
- Track, manage, and escalate defects using JIRA and Zephyr.
- Support release validation and production deployment testing,



including off-hours testing when required.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites to support frequent production releases.
- Participate in requirements, functional, and design reviews to identify risks and ensure test readiness.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, SDLC processes, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills
- Solid experience in Functional Testing and QA processes.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, RPA, Web and Mobile testing
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Experience using JIRA and Zephyr , Azure Devops for test management and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Basic automation knowledge using Selenium with Java.
