Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall business operations of our Furniture & Interior Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving business growth and profitability.

The General Manager will oversee all key departments, including Sales, Operations, Design, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Installation, Customer Service, Marketing, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities Business & Sales Management




- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth and improve overall profitability.
- Monitor showroom performance, customer footfall, conversion ratios, and average order value.
- Identify recent business opportunities, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the furniture mall.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, Warehouse, and Installation teams.
- Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and employees.
