Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned UX Design Professional with experience in delivering end-to-end product design across complex, multi-module platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a solid portfolio showcasing expertise in web, mobile and enterprise systems, with proven ability to transform ambiguous problem areas into intuitive, structured user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience designing for complex, multi-module products (web, mobile, enterprise systems, or large-scale platforms).
- Hands-on experience in creating design-to-code layered prototypes, component-based flows, and developer-ready design specifications.
- Strong background in user research, usability testing, research synthesis, and translating insights into design strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead UX initiatives, guide junior designers, and collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience working in AI-integrated workflows, including prototyping, research synthesis, or automation-driven design tasks.




- Ability to transform ambiguous problem areas into structured, intuitive UX flows and wireframes.
- Knowledge of design system creation, component governance, and scalable pattern design.
- Experience applying domain-specific understanding (industry knowledge, business logic, compliance constraints) to improve UX quality.
- Ability to document and present design decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Core Competencies
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, wireframing, and design strategy.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Ability to produce high-quality prototypes with design tokens, components, and responsive behavior.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. Strong grasp of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns.
