Job Summary

We are hiring a Data Engineer Lead to lead enterprise data engineering initiatives focused on modernizing legacy data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Databricks, dbt, Python, SQL, and team leadership. Experience in the Healthcare domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead data engineering projects and mentor the engineering team.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines.
- Modernize legacy ETL/data pipeline architectures.
- Develop and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt.
- Build high-performance data solutions using Databricks.
- Develop data processing solutions using Python and SQL.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Support deployment, monitoring,



and performance optimization of data platforms.

Required Skills
- 8–10 years of Data Engineering experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Expertise in dbt, Python, and SQL.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Proven experience in legacy data pipeline modernization.
- Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements
- UAN/PF verification-based Background Verification (BGV) is mandatory.
- Vendor bench candidates will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Compensation & Work Model
- Location: Remote
- Contract Duration: 6 Months
- Salary: Up to ₹85,000/month
