Assistant Manager - Marketing

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Target Industries: FinTech, Stockbroking, WealthTech, or BFSI (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution Optimization: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, RCS, Push Notifications, In-App) specifically geared towards generating quality leads and driving conversions.
- Persona Audience Strategy: Work closely with internal and external teams to build compelling, personalized campaigns tailored to diverse consumer segments.
- Vernacular Regional Customization: Oversee regional/vernacular adaptations of marketing communications to ensure high resonance across different customer backgrounds and tiers across India.
- Funnel Analytics: Monitor and analyze the end-to-end user journey from initial click/install and lead stage right through to final conversion.
- Performance Reporting: Track and publish comprehensive performance reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs),



focusing on click-to-lead and lead-to-conversion metrics for respective campaigns and channels.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a swift, seamless, and compliant rollout of all campaigns.

Required Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

Tech AI Tool Proficiency: Must have working knowledge and practical experience using MS Office, AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)

Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven track record in digital marketing, product growth, or campaign lifecycle management. Direct experience in the fintech or stockbroking domain is a significant advantage.

Skillset Execution: Good written and verbal communication skills with a solid eye for analytical detail. Must possess a knack for quick thinking and rapid execution without compromising on quality.
