As a Channel Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and grow Zevpoint's dealer, distributor, and strategic partner network across India.

Your success will be measured by the strength, growth, and performance of the channel network you build.

Key Responsibilities - Channel Development
- Identify, evaluate and onboard current dealers and distributors.
- Expand Zevpoint's presence into new cities and territories.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Ensure partners understand Zevpoint's products, policies and processes.

Partner Growth
- Activate newly onboarded partners and help them generate business.
- Conduct regular product and sales training.
- Drive repeat orders through continuous engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase partner sales.

Partnership Development

Develop relationships with:




- Electrical distributors
- Solar companies
- Builders & developers
- MEP consultants
- Facility management companies
- EV dealerships
- Corporate customers

Territory Expansion
- Prepare territory-wise expansion plans.
- Identify high-potential markets.
- Recommend new distributors based on business potential.

Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure channel partners receive timely support.

Desired Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Sales or Channel Development.
- Experience in Electrical, Power Electronics, Solar, Industrial Products, Automation, Batteries or similar industries.
- Proven experience in building dealer or distributor networks.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
