We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and persuasive Admissions Counsellor who can identify suitable candidates, understand their career requirements, explain our programmes effectively, and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.

Role Overview

The Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for contacting prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, identifying whether they are suitable for EDWARTENS programmes, and guiding them through the complete admission process.

This is a sales-focused role. The selected candidate should be comfortable making regular calls, following up with leads, handling objections,



convincing candidates, and achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Calling and Lead Follow-Up
- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond quickly to enquiries generated through digital marketing, referrals, social media, websites, events, and other sources.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates until admission is completed.
- Maintain qualified communication throughout the candidate journey.
- Re-engage inactive or undecided leads through structured follow-up.

Candidate Identification and Counselling
- Understand each candidate’s education, technical background, experience, career goals, and employment expectations.
- Identify candidates who are genuinely suitable for the programmes offered by EDWARTENS India.
