About The Role
The Business Development Lead at STEPS Talent is a strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for spearheading our US business development efforts. This role involves developing and executing outbound sales strategies,



generating qualified pipeline opportunities, and expanding our client relationships within the US technology staffing market. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder to identify and penetrate strategic accounts, target enterprise and mid-market organizations, and foster relationships across consulting, MSP/VMS, and other technology ecosystems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building from the ground up, combining strategic planning with direct execution to create a scalable sales organization. The role requires a energetic leader capable of coaching teams, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth through innovative outreach and relationship management.
