About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our Bangalore team. You will own the frontend architecture, building rapid, accessible, and visually polished applications with React and Next.js. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to take features from conception to production, craft seamless user experiences including real-time interactions and AI-powered interfaces, and set the technical direction for our frontend platform. You will champion the effective use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to ship high-quality code faster. An understanding of backend services and APIs is valued so you can integrate effectively, but your primary focus will be delivering exceptional frontend experiences. This role requires someone who has owned complex UI features end-to-end and can be productive from day one.





What youll be doing
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality frontend applications
- Own and drive the technical direction for our React/Next.js applications, making key decisions on architecture, patterns, and tooling
- Partner with Design to ship pixel-perfect, accessible UI and maintain a high visual and interaction quality bar
- Build and maintain reusable component libraries and contribute to a shared design system across products
- Implement complex, interactive UI: streaming AI responses, chat interfaces, live dashboards, and agent UIs using WebSockets/SSE
- Integrate with backend REST and streaming APIs, collaborating with backend engineers on API contract design
- Implement secure frontend auth flows: JWT handling, token refresh, protected routes, and XSS/CSRF/CORS/CSP mitigations
- Optimise frontend performance: code splitting,
