. We are expanding our nationwide sales network and are looking for a energetic National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and accelerate business growth across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Lead and manage Regional Sales Managers, Zonal Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and field sales teams across India.
- Expand and strengthen the distributor, dealer, and channel partner network.
- Drive sales of the complete product portfolio:
- Home & Commercial Inverters
- Lithium Battery Packs
- Energy Storage Systems (ESS)




- Solar Energy Solutions
- E-Mobility Batteries (E-Rickshaw, 2W & 3W)
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, institutional, OEM, government, and corporate segments.
- Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and business growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure healthy channel inventory, timely collections, and effective credit management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for product launches and business expansion.
- Coordinate with the Service team to ensure smooth installation support, warranty management, technical issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Review business performance through regular MIS, sales analysis, and KPI tracking.

- 12–18 years of proven experience in sales leadership.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a National Sales Manager or equ
