Role Description
The Branch Credit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Modinagar. This role is responsible for assessing and approving credit proposals, ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.



Daily activities include evaluating customer financial profiles, performing credit risk analysis, validating documentation, and maintaining the quality of the branch loan portfolio. The Branch Credit Manager collaborates closely with sales, operations, and collections teams to optimize approval rates while controlling risk, and monitors portfolio performance through regular reviews and reporting. The role also involves training branch staff on credit processes, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to strengthen risk management and customer experience.
