About the Role

Palz Infotech is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Apple Certified Engineer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support for Apple devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support for Apple devices including MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, iPad, and iPhone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Perform device setup, configuration, migration, and deployment.
- Assist users with Apple ID, iCloud, macOS, and iOS-related issues.
- Coordinate with Apple support and authorized service providers for escalations.
- Maintain service records, ticket updates, and documentation.
- Support Apple Business Manager (ABM) and device enrollment activities.
- Provide onsite and remote support to corporate customers.




- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Apple Certification preferred (ACSP / Apple Certified Support Professional or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of macOS, iOS, Apple hardware, and ecosystem products.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
- Customer-centric approach with robust problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise Apple environments.
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM), MDM solutions, and device deployment.
- Experience working with corporate clients and IT service organizations.
