We seek influencer marketers and creator partnerships for a personal care D2C brand(women's wellness) in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, briefing, execution, and reporting and affiliate/barter activations.

● Lead the UGC content pipeline for paid ads and organic social media, from strategy and creator selection to scripting, production, and performance tracking.

● Execute influencer seeding programs, managing 100+ creators across paid and barter collaborations while ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.

● Manage campaign shoots and content production while maintaining quality, timelines, and brand consistency.

● Drive project management across marketing initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and on-time execution.

● Support marketplace marketing through creative coordination, asset management, and campaign execution.

● Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, vendors, and production partners.

● Track campaign performance,



prepare reports, and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement.

● Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and platform best practices to bring fresh ideas to the brand.

● Own creator partnerships across both Instagram and YouTube, driving platform-specific strategies and execution.

Job Qualifications

● 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships

● Deep familiarity with digital-first platforms and creator trends across Instagram, YouTube, and more.

● Strong analytical thinking, you know how to turn numbers into a narrative and actions.

● Budget-smart with an ROI mindset, you don’t throw money; you make it work harder.

● Excellent written and verbal communication - crisp, explicit, compelling.

● Highly organised with strong project management and alignment skills.
