This role exists to ensure every prospective student or parent interacting with Zolo receives clear guidance, timely support, and a confident path to move-in.

Your mandate is easy:

Drive student move-ins for assigned properties

Ensure every enquiry is handled with ownership and follow-through

Maintain strong relationship with students and parents till move-in

Support occupancy growth through disciplined follow-ups

This is not just a coordination role.





It is an early-career sales and customer ownership role where you will learn how demand converts into occupancy.
