Role & responsibilities
- Onboard corporate enterprises, MNCs, IT/ITeS companies, and system integrators to secure bulk buyback contracts for retired corporate IT assets (Laptops & Desktops).
- Manage bid proposals, asset valuation auctions, and corporate tender processes.
- Build and maintain a strong sourcing ecosystem with regional e-waste aggregators, government-approved recyclers, and secondary-market hardware brokers across India.
- Negotiate bulk lot purchases based on hardware generations, technical conditions, and market demand forecasts.
- Partner with retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and consumer trade-in operators to secure a steady stream of exchange/trade-in laptops.
- Conduct lot evaluations, grading assessments,



and yield margin calculations before purchasing bulk batches.
- Ensure incoming hardware inventory aligns with factory processing capabilities and current market sales demand.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
- 6 to10 years of experience in bulk IT hardware purchasing, secondary-market procurement, ITAD, or e-waste sourcing.
- Robust commercial negotiation, contract drafting, inventory forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.
